Parents and kids age 2 – 12 are invited to come together in a lighthearted environment for individual, partner and family Yoga fun! Age and developmentally appropriate yoga poses, animated breathing exercises and soothing relaxation techniques awaken the inner-child of all age participants. Laughter and love fill the class and is sure to inspire the entire family’s relationship. This class combines traditional yoga of poses, breathing and mindfulness along with creative movements, learning, visualizations, sensory integration, and some fun stuff make the class unique, fun, and appropriate for kids age 2 and older. REGISTRATION REQUIRED for each individual, see below.

Special Notes: Registration required. Space limited. Count all family members attending. One waiver per person. Please be sure to indicate birthdate so that I know ages. With really small kids I can add more registrations.
